Due to usage of semiconductor LED luminous parts, UHZ-517C90 magnetic sensitive LED bicolor level gauge is featured by high brightness, Green-Red bicolor display, long-visible distance, clear scale, wide display range and etc.  Especially in the steel plants where are full of heavy soot and tiny steel scraps, if common magnetic liquid level gauge is used, the scale will be covered with steel scraps for magnet adhesion to cause hard field reading; while UHZ-517C90 come to be a effective solution. The liquid level displaying as red and green light bar graph with luminous electric LED module. The observation distance is 60m during the day and 200m at night. It is a better substitution of other traditional filed level indicators and widely used in many industrial production fields.

In the chamber there is a float which is designed as per specific gravity of medium, and the magnetic steel in the float and liquid in vessel share the same level. There is a magnetic sensitive semiconductor sensor in LED indicator lined in sequence with LED luminous module. When the sensor influenced by magnetism, it actuates the corresponding digital circuit, then the LED bar graph represents as green below the liquid level and red above the level. The red bar graph means the gas phase; and the green bar graph means the liquid phase. The interface between red and green is the actual level. Liquid is green; Gas is red. That is very clear to be observed.
