RF2030 high temperature high pressure guided wave radar level transmitter is specially designed by USA FOX INSTURMENTS for high temperature high pressure service conditions. The product is as per ANSI B31.1 Standard, mainly applied to liquid level measure on the boiler steam drum, with high security and accuracy, highest rated pressure is 32Mpa, highest rated temperature is 520℃. It can be applied for middle-high or low pressure heater, condenser and deaerator in Coal-fired Power Plant and other liquid level measuring in high temperature high pressure or vacuum steam working conditions.

Conventional measure applied balance container, DP transmitter and temperature compensation method. Due to the indirect measure, DP transmitter may have many factors affecting accuracy under high static pressure and short range conditions, especially at start-up or load fluctuation, the whole measuring unit can’t work or measure value incorrect. While this guided wave radar level gauge can totally solve the above problems, guided wave bar not affect by steam condensation water and keep the accuracy about 0.1%FS all the time; As the mature application of guided wave technology in high temperature high pressure steam level measurement with its outstanding characteristics like accuracy, stability and long lifetime etc, this advanced technology is now replacing the traditional measurement technology.
