UGS color quartz glass liquid level gauge is made of high purity quartz glass tube (99.99%SiO₂). Clear in reading, reliable in seal, endurable in lifetime, high temperature and high pressure resistance, viscosity proof, easy cleaning and maintenance, it is widely applied for liquid level measure and indication of vessels and boilers in various fields, such as petroleum, chemical, electric power and metallurgy etc. To measure and indicate colorless transparent liquid level (water, liquid ammonia, white oil, liquid gas, propylene and etc.), this gauge is highly recommended.

Applications

UGS-A standard color quartz glass liquid level gauge is suitable for transparent medium, such as water, liquid ammonia, petrol, LNG etc. This type without blind display area is a very common type of field level gauge; that gauge body and valve connected by bend pipe can effectively relieve the stress caused by mounting and expansion & contraction, and error of mounting dimension can be adjusted as well.   

UGS-B common color quartz glass liquid level gauge is suitable for transparent medium, such as water, liquid ammonia, petrol, LNG etc. Some blind area in indication.

UGS-C erosion resistant color quartz glass liquid level gauge is suitable for many acidic and alkaline liquid and some organic solvent. If concentrated nitric acid, chrome acid mixture, chlorinated solvent, fatty group, aromatic hydrocarbon are measured, then UGS-C is not recommended.

UGS-D erosion resistant color quartz glass liquid level gauge is suitable for high erosion medium, high temperature applications; three-way pipe and straight pipe is stainless steel lined PTFE, with high reliability. Disadvantage: there are upper and lower blind areas.

UGS-G big diameter glass level gauge is for high viscosity colored liquid level measure, such as heavy oil, lubricating oil etc. UGS-G applied eccentric big diameter angle valve and big diameter level tube, with heat tracing pipe to make the reliable and accurate measure.
